01

Make the offering legible. Images and product details answer the first question before a visitor has to ask.

02

Give the business a proper introduction. Keep the practical details in a place a shopper or organizer can return to.

03

Turn a good find into a visit. Upcoming appearances keep the next in-person moment connected to the profile.

How it works

You’ve built the business. You shouldn’t have to keep rebuilding the introduction.

  1. Start with your work, not a blank page

Add your social photos if useful, or build the practical details yourself. Instagram is optional.

  2. Be discoverable beyond your own following

Keep your offerings, story, and setup information in one shareable profile.

  3. Keep the connection after pack-up

Give customers and organizers a clear place to find your business again.

One good introduction

Your profile is ready when the next market is.

Social posts and event history do a lot of heavy lifting. A profile gives the details a dependable home—and gives visitors a clear view of your upcoming appearances.

  • Keep business details in one place
  • Let organizers understand your offering before they reach out
  • Show visitors where they can meet you next through your event appearances

Optional social proof

Instagram is a head start, not a requirement.

Use Instagram content to get a head start, then review and edit your profile. Or complete it yourself without a social account.

Vendor FAQ

The useful fine print.

Is Instagram required?

Can I browse before signing up?

Yes. Marketplace profiles and public events are open to browse. Sign in when you are ready to build or manage your vendor profile.
